To complement the team, we're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, passionate community manager to focus on our non-developer community. If you understand the nuances of how communities are grown, can inspire in-person & online audiences, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be a key driver for our global community initiatives. You will be responsible for onboarding and growing our community in conjunction with the rest of the community team and corresponding teams at Spryker. Your mission is to guide our community with tangible enablement activities to let it flourish! 
You will be the person that ensures that members have a fun, rewarding, engaging community experience. You’ll foster and build networks with ecommerce directors, project managers, marketeers, consultants and more. You will work closely with our community director, marketing, and product teams to help us present our products in the highest impact way possible. You’ll enable a broader community across events, content, media, campaigns, and more. 
We want someone who can really understand the needs of our outer community, serve them, and build a relationship. New and prospective customers and community members will depend on you to help them truly understand the value we offer, and how they can harness it. This work will play a critical role in the broader success of the company.

Typical activities for this role include:

  • Providing engagement and outreach focused on growing the Spryker (non-developer) community and empowering them to generate value and do great work
  • Building relationships within the industry and community to be their representative for Spryker in helping to engage, be successful, and deliver great work and collaboration
  • Creating and optimizing the community onboarding experience for new members
  • Identify opportunities within our community for activities that foster engagement, such as co-created content, events, meetups, webinars, and more. Provide a platform for community member recognition
  • Stimulating our community to “level up” and certify, with help of our academy team
  • Aggregate and analyze community feedback, advocate on their behalf within the company and make sure these are followed-up on
  • Working with product, engineering, and marketing teams to help support your and their success
  • Being a Spryker representative and spokesperson at conferences, events, and within the media and external communities
  • Integrating company brand, voice, and messaging into developed content and representing that brand well
  • Being active in related communities and platforms to help foster collaboration and relationships with other communities and organizations
  • Initiate and drive our own community events and provide a stage for our community members
  • Help develop community ambassadors
  • Always challenging our assumptions, our culture, and being singularly focused on delivering the very best community experience in the world
